Returns & cancellations policy
Our aim at Little Trees to ensure that our customer is completely satisfied. If you are not 100% satisfied. Little Trees exchange policy allows you to exchange any Little Trees product purchased online within 1 days of receipt. You will only have to make sure that the product is unused and its original invoice, condition, tags, and packaging are carefully preserved.
To make the exchange request contact our Customer Services Department at [email protected]. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery team will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the previous item from you.
Note: delivery charge is applicable in case of exchange any Little Trees product.
In case the product received is the incorrect product.
In this case we would refund 100% of the product cost if intimated immediately or within 2 days on receipt of the product. We urge you not to accept a product in this case. We will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered.
